Casefic: These two are essentially built for casefic! I would love a Light-is-not-Kira / Death-Note-doesn't-exist AU where L and Light are detective partners working on a case together. My view of L as a character is someone who is quite amoral and comfortable with that fact, solving cases for the thrill of it and doing whatever needs to be done, while Light cares a lot about justice (at least in name) and about being able to see himself as a good person. Re: their dynamic as allies/friends/lovers, I'm really entertained by the thought of Light becoming L's morality pet in a way, the only person whose opinion L takes seriously and the only one he'd ever hesitate for. I imagine they'd frequently butt heads over the best methods of solving the case, but they're still the only ones who truly understand each other. Maybe Light runs off on his own at some point and gets himself in trouble?
Character working as a professional Dom: Somehow I can genuinely imagine L moonlighting as a dom and I think it'd be hilarious. I also think he'd be surprisingly good at it; he seems like the type of person who'd be able to take someone apart with his voice / talk them through a scene. Maybe it's an AU where L and Light do meet under different circumstances, or maybe it's canon divergence where L simply manages to figure out what Light really needs: to relax and stop overthinking for a bit. (DNW for this prompt: aro/ace L or Light, platonic BDSM.)
Inception: I just love Inception AUs and Inception generally, I think the concept is so cool. I imagine this could either be a heist fic or simply snippets of their relationship within the world/setting they work in. I'd love to see a take on what roles L and Light would have in this AU (along with other members of the cast), how the team would work together, and how navigating the dream world brings out their own inner demons.

I LOVE Hyuna/Mizi and their whole concept... the rebel girl who rescues Mizi and awakens a new side of her, and them heading back to take down The System together. I'd love a take on a story outside the Alien Stage universe with parallels to this, hence the requests for magical girl / superhero AUs. I love dark magical girl shows like PMMM and I think it'd be really fun to see them in a similar setting. Other characters are completely welcome too, I'd love to see their place in the AU and how everybody interacts, though it's not necessary of course!

I have such a soft spot for this pair; I love the Aglionby boarding school shenanigans, the aesthetic and entertainment value of these two rich bitches bantering with each other, but also the side of them that can deeply relate to each other's past experiences and trauma. I think fake dating fic with the two families involved could be incredibly fun. Rule 63 yuri with these two would be so good, exploring how being girls would affect their personalities and dynamic. Finally, considering Henry's family really was involved in the mafia, the coffee shop AU wouldn't be such a stretch! It would be so fun to see how they meet in that scenario and how Gansey gets swept up into everything.

The worker isn't a very good barista but damn is he enthusiastic and charismatic. Mix in the naivity and joy and Zestial's heart soared. Sir Pentious could or could not be oblivious. And get rid of the subplot where Alastor is doing someone's bidding against his will. Maybe he vacationed to Earth in those 7 years? I like the idea that he really was looking for entertainment from the hotel.
For the Leverage AU, I don't know why but I really wanted to see everyone compartmentalized into different Leverage roles. Background ships are welcome with this AU!
The dogwalker/owner AU, Charlie and/or Vaggie should be the dogwalker. Good gig, lots of dogs, a little stressful but they're doing good for the dogs (and Alastor's cat). Lucifer definitely has a dog named Satan, Alastor has a cat named Husker that he has Charlie walk, etc. The other woman is roommates with the other and they occasionally switch up walkers depending on who's free. Lucifer thinks it's all beneath Charlie. He still supports her dream of establishing a rescue by letting her walk Satan (Satan doesn't listen to anyone else) and giving a generous tip. For Alastor, I imagine the start was to cause entertaining trouble for a simpleton dogwalker to end up surprised and impressed that they were able to handle all the dogs plus a cat so well.
The university AU I would prefer Alastor be a tenured professor of some sort while Charlie is one of his students. Lucifer maybe is a megadonor or whatever (I'm not picky with how Lucifer figures into the story) while Vaggie (if she's there) is Charlie's girlfriend. Charlie/Vaggie keep their relationship secret because they don't want to deal with any identity politics. But Alastor finds himself drawn to Charlie and/or Vaggie and makes up reasons to see them. Lucifer, I don't know how you'd get him in there. -shrug-

I like the idea of Elazul being paired up with the far-more-experienced Lady Blackpearl. Where did she get the Lady title? Who knows? Previous husband, part of a royal family, knighted by the Queen of England. Whichever.
I want the bold, brash, confident characters they are. They’re never nervous or scared in canon, or shy away from challenges. I want to see them tackle challenges head-on with supreme belief in themselves whether in over their head or not.
Author and illustrator? Elazul is an up-and-coming author, Lady Blackpearl is a massively successful book illustrator. She finds his story rather whimsical and decides to work for him for a change of pace. She still can't get over the idea that her influence makes her better than him until he proves himself somehow.
Ballet? They end up paired for a very important performance. Lady Blackpearl, in the prime of her career and well-established and Elazul, a newly established performer that makes up for the inexperience with talent and stubborn dedication.
Dance instructor? Lady Blackpearl is an instructor trying to make her comeback after an embarrassing failure, Elazul is one of her students with the most promise for making it big. Together, they burn a rug and dominate the floor.
And then there's the free-for-all! That's right, I'm open to whatever fusion you want to do. I'm interested in seeing these two in other settings that I'm simply not thinking of. Keeping them Jumi isn't necessary (as you can see above) though they still need to be them. Not caricatures forced into the pegholes of your character, them in these particular roles in your canon. Please don't abuse this freedom!
You know how sometimes the protected is more badass than the bodyguard? That’s pretty much the setup I want for the bodyguard AU. Elazul is assigned to protect Lady Blackpearl even though she, and everyone else, is perfectly aware she doesn’t need it.

For Sir Pentious/Zestial, I'm hoping to see Zestial being experienced, older, knowing precisely what he's doing even when he's taking a risk (like asking his stalking victim if he'd go on a date with him). Sir Pentious would be excited, hopeful, looking for his 'big break' not realizing that what matters is in front of him.
The Sugar Baby/Sugar Parent is pretty much self-explanatory. Pent the Baby, Zestial the Parent. Zestial afraid that if he asks to initiate a relationship beyond their setup would lose Pent completely while Pent stops wanting the money while still spending time with Zestial. I imagine Carmilla or someone would have to step in.
For the photographer, I'd prefer this to be in Hell. The long-awaited war between Heaven and Hell is in full swing and Pent has decided to record it for posterity. Zestial feels its his duty to protect Pent and the solid full-tilt craziness and degeneracy history of the war. They end up so focused on the mission that they don't realize how attached they get to each other until something horrible happens. What? I dunno. One of them could die which would ratchet up the angst SO HARD that I will laugh (in a good way).
For World War I, I kinda like the idea that Zestial is a commander of some type while Pent is a technician in charge of the communications and complex machines like machine guns and his favored flintlock pistol. Opposite or same side, I don't care. Please no violence between them (thought subordinates can rough either up a bit).
For the warprize AU, please make Zestial the warlord. Except he's a cultured ancient badass who knows magic and Pent dabbles in mixing technology and magic. I imagine this as ending up somewhat as a romantic give-and-take-knowledge sort of thing where they both delightfully keep each other on their toes/tails.
Stardew Valley I would like a cozy slice-of-life with the romance smacking you right in the face. This one is pretty open to whatever you imagine! Just make my blorbos kiss and live happily ever after. Well, if they’re on Earth. If they’re in Hell, well, I’d be interested to see how you angle it!

what if instead of getting executed laszlo got married off to vlad. honestly. the TIMELINES.
This Tumblr post is absolutely everything to me, and I can't stop thinking of like the implications of a similar Marriage Disinheritance Function AU where opposing factions try to wreck the Hunyadi power base by getting Laszlo force-wifed off to Wallachia as punishment for treason (or "treason") instead of just straight up killed. Would forced marriage be enough of a humiliation to make Mihaly and Erszebet revolt so Matthias still ends up king? What's Vlad's take on all of this? I imagine he'd still feel perfectly free to have illegitimate heirs... but if he was married to Laszlo and Matthias did become king, how would that change things between Hungary and Wallachia? Also, very awkward for Laszlo to end up married to someone who you said you thought had no intention of being loyal to the crown... a crown which just betrayed you. Ahh the politics could be so interesting!!

The extra large age gap caused by Sileanu!Vlad being so much older than he should be is infuriatingly hot and the moment when he got that letter from Matthias telling him to come swear fealty was like an epiphany aha. I like Charlie's friend group and Nick's realization that he wants a new friend group. (If Nick and Charlie meet as adults, please have one of them come from a different town and have a completely fresh start.) (Note: for the musicians or band AU, I'm happy for just Charlie & friend's to be in one, but for them to be known enough that it's how Nick meets Charlie. I'd also be happy for a canon divergence where Sahar's band makes it big and Nick and Charlie stay together and deal with fame together.) For Youtubers: what do they each share in their videos?

Banter, plot, worldbuilding, humor, love (romance & friendship). I like reading about friendships and family, especially when people are enjoying themselves. I like post-canon works where we find out more about people. I love setting change AUs: I like seeing how they’re still basically the same people and even face some of the same struggles, but maybe they’re coded slightly differently. I love texting fics (epistolary & other media too, like articles, discord, & whatnot can be really fun) and fics with party games. I love developing relationships: like a romance where they get together halfway through the story and the rest is sorting out how to be together and merge their lives. (Your work in no way needs to include all these things, this is just some of what I like in the hopes that one of them sparks an idea for you.)
I love enemies to lovers, friends-with-benefits to lovers, and brother's best friend stories. (For the last, it's because along with figuring out a romantic and/or sexual relationship, there's an existing platonic relationship with someone else that needs to be negotiated and balanced with it. For the first two, it's the gradual relationship changing and figuring out how that works.)
